Some of the reasons that people get bags under their eyes includes, lack of sleep, salty foods, Water retention from drinking too much alcohol, & lack of exercise, Under-eye bags can be caused by sinus infections as well. A good tip if you are prone to getting bags under your eyes in the morning that usually subside after a few hours is to change the elevation of your head while you are sleeping; what that means it to sleep with an extra pillow.
