Lets face it, our lives are busy, we work hard, we are always on the go, and we cant always eat as healthy as we might want to. The Convenience of unhealthy food is causing an epidemic of adult acne among both men and women. Diet has been linked to stimulating the sebaceous glands to produce more oil. More oil can mean more acne! So what do we need to do to REMI-D this? Part of having great skin is having a balanced diet full of healthy choices. First I would say you need to drink tons of water. Drinking lots of water will help to flush the impurities and toxins and help to renew the cells.  A diet rich in antioxidants will help balance the skin. The best place to find antioxidant is in your fruits and vegetables, so never skip the salad bar!
