What is the best way to minimize acne scaring?
I get this questions all the time so I would like to take a minute and address it here.
If you have acne, (you should see a dermatologist if possible) you never want to be afraid to moisturize. Many people think that a moisturizer is going to make them more oily and inturn create more acne. The truth is, over cleansing will dry out your skin, which inturn will produce more oil. It is best to look for an oil free moisturizer, and do not let your skin dry out. So much of what’s on your skin is dependent on what you put in your body, so if you change your diet your skin will improve.
Cleanse with a Beta Hydroxy Acid Wash , Exfoliate the dead skin cells that clog the pores, moisturize, and always wear sunblock so that you do not scar!
